Beau – COURTESY POST – PENDING

Courtesy Post for Beau
Please direct all application requests and queries for Beau to perunsiberians@hotmail.com.
Beau, Male, Siberian Husky X, 3 years old, 65 lbs.

Beau is a GEM! A lot of love and work has been put into this boy and it shows.

Beau loves people. He is wonderful with children from babies to teenagers. He currently lives with a toddler and a special needs teenager. He is patient and gentle with them.

Three female dogs share a home with Beau and, other than one spat long ago, they get along well. It is not known how he is with male dogs. Beau would be happy as an only pet or with a fun-loving female dog.

Beau has a high prey drive but is not an escape artist. His prey drive includes cats and the neighbour’s chickens. Beau was also hit by a car, thankfully with no lasting effects. He will take advantage of open door opportunities to go outside but does not actively try to get out or try to escape a fenced area. Since being invisible fence trained, there have been no problems. Beau’s recall is very good, but not good enough if his prey drive kicks in. A physical or invisible fenced yard is a must, so both he and his people can relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Beau is totally house and crate trained. He knows the basics and is quite a well mannered fella. Beau loves going for walks and his leash skills have improved greatly! He is active but not hyper and beautifully calm, just wanting to chill with his family.

A Husky loving family will know they’ve hit the jackpot after meeting smart and lovable Beau.
Beau has been neutered, has a microchipped, and his vaccinations are up to date. The adoption fee for Beau is $500.00.

Addison, affectionately known as Addie, is an amazing companion pup. She is loving and loyal and sticks by her people. She loves the perks of being a house pet but also loves being outdoors.

She spent her first 6 months on a farm with goats and a variety of fowl. With a little guidance through her teen phase, Addie will be a stellar companion and working dog.

If you’re looking for an affectionate pup, oh my goodness, Addie LOVES pets. She’ll smush her face right into you as far as she can go. Her foster mom says Addie has the cutest face when she flops over for pets.

When Addie isn’t napping inside, she likes to work hard outside sitting at the highest point overseeing the property. In between her work and rest, Addie loves to play.

Addie is a smart and independent yet sensitive girl. She learns fast! Unlike a lot of livestock guardians, Addie is treat-motivated. She is also fully housetrained and crate-trained.

When meeting new people and dogs, a little time is all that’s needed before Addie’s gentle shyness disappears and her playful affectionate nature comes out.

Addie is perfect for a family who loves the outdoors and rural life. Helping with the chores, hiking and kicking back with her people make up Addie’s nirvana.

Addie has been spayed, microchipped, and her vaccinations are up to date. The adoption fee for Addie is $600.00.
