This country girl was born on a farm and lived there with her mom, dad and 9 siblings until she was 4 months old. Her parents are working guardians of fowl and companions to their people. Since then Effie has been living on a foster farm where she is a companion to her foster folks and learning to be a guardian of goats.

Unlike a lot of her breed, Effie loves all people! She is immediately friendly and affectionate. This quality and her farm experience broaden her ideal home options. She has the right stuff to be a companion dog, a working dog or both.

In keeping with her breed, Effie is independent, smart, gentle, and loyal.

Effie has never been to an urban area, so a farm or rural home would be best. She would do well with another dog or dogs and children would be fine too.

Effie has been spayed, microchipped, and her vaccinations are up to date. The adoption fee for Effie is $600.00.
